Who hasn't been put in the awkward position of being told a racist joke at work?

The assumption is usually made that you will agree with & appreciate this kind of humor. Figuring out how to react when a co-worker makes a racist joke can be extremely difficult. If you don’t call the person out on her racism, you seem to be condoning the behavior.
